These terms govern your use of Bear Creek Cellular’s mobile services and website. By using our service you agree to them. We are a wireless reseller; service is provided subject to the availability and terms of our underlying wholesale agreements.

• Eligibility: Service is for personal and business use in the U.S. as a lawful user of the service you subscribe to.
• Use of service: You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to commit fraud, to resell or re-provision the service without permission, or in ways that violate applicable law.
• Your number & device: You keep your number and (as applicable) your device. Porting and device compatibility are subject to our switching guide.
• Changes: We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
• Disclaimers: Coverage maps are informational and based on FCC-reported data; actual experience varies.

Privacy Policy

We collect limited information to provide and improve our service, and we only share it as needed to operate the service (for example, with our wholesale provider to activate and manage your line, and with service providers who process payments or send email).

• What we collect: contact details, plan choices, and service usage data needed to run your account (e.g., data used, billing).
• What we don’t do: we do not sell your personal information.
• Cookies/analytics: this site is a simple, track-free page; we do not currently run third-party ad trackers. If we add analytics later we will update this policy.
• Rights: you can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing the address below.

Fair Use, Data & Network Management

• High-speed data: each plan includes high-speed data up to the amount shown. After that, data speeds are reduced (throttled) for the rest of your cycle. No overage charges. You still have data at reduced speeds.
• Unlimited plans: include a high level of data; to treat all customers fairly we may temporarily reduce speeds during times of high network congestion or for extreme, sustained usage, as permitted by our network agreement.
• Talk & text: unlimited talk and text are subject to fair-use limits (e.g., no autodialing/spam, no call-forwarding abuse).
• Devices: we comply with applicable device-unlocking requirements; contact support to request an unlock when eligible.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising cookies or track you for marketing. Any essential functionality is limited to what the browser needs to display the page. We will update this if we introduce analytics or personalization.

Billing & Refunds (draft)

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can change plans at any time; changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Porting your number away or cancelling does not incur a fee. Refund policy details to be finalized before launch.
